Pritesh Patel BOptom (Hons) MCOptom DipTp (IP) Prof. Cert. GlaucomaPractice Principal, Director, and Specialist Independent Prescribing Optometrist
Pritesh qualified in 2008 and has been a director and the practice principal since then.

His other eye care posts include:

– Optometrist & Glaucoma practitioner – St. Thomas’ Hospital

– Lead Assessor, Cardiff University’s Welsh Optometric Post Graduate Education Centre since 2012 training other optometrists,

Chairman, Lambeth, Southwark, and Lewisham Local Optical Committee since 2010

He trained at Moorfields Eye Hospital while working as specialist optometrist, where he qualified as an independent prescriber, and undertook specialist glaucoma training.

Nimisha Patel BSc (Hons) MCOptom DipTp (IP)Senior Optometrist and Specialist Independent Prescriber
Nimisha qualified in 2012 and has worked within our practices since then.

She trained as an independant prescriber at St. Thomas’ Hospital and qualified in early 2020.

Special Interests: Myopia Control, Specialist Contact Lens Fitting, Dry Eye, Emergency ./ Acute Primary Care

Gareth Davey BSc (Hons) MCOptom Prof Cert GlaucomaLocum Optometrist
Gareth has worked as a locum for our practices since early 2020.

 

His full time role is at Moorfields Eye Hospital where he works in an variety of specialities including medical retina, glaucoma, and specialist contact lenses

All of our optometrists are registered with the General Optical Council, the College of Optometrists, and the Association of Optometrists.
